The newly-established Casetta has recently replaced the staple Zarbos in Parnell. The re-brand has brought a wider array of lunch-time treats and they make all their food fresh on site. As for the prices – well, it’s standard Parnell fare.
Being in a peckish mood, I perused their smaller gluten-free options. Not only were a number of items clearly marked – brownie, friande, muffin - the friendly lady behind the counter took the time to talk me through the options.
